Member Meeting:  16 members and 4 prospects
    Treasurers report:  Ending balance of ~$2K.  Need a couple final items to finalize.  29 paying members. Top 2 boaters and Co anglers got a payout from dues and club draw. (15%, 10%, 8% and 6%). Zak and Keith top boaters, Jeff D and Lance top co anglers.
 
    Format:  agreed to keep the team format, the co-angler can fish on front deck at that anglers discretion.  Pairings:  will continue with the random pairings with the adjustment if the pairings fished together already in 2024, the pairings will be rerun.  For wildcards, they will be based on the random pairings vs boaters volunteering.  Similar to the team pairings, if a boater was already a wildcard in 2024 and are selected as a wildcard, the pairings will be redone.  (Where possible based on prior pairings and people available for the tournament being drawn).Tournaments:     
    Local:  two at Rocky and 2 at Brookville.  The OBN will be at Rocky in 2024 on Jun 22/23, so one of the Rocky will be in June prior to the OBN.  For the weekday tournament, will try a Friday from 1:00 to 9:00.   
    Away:  current members voted between Erie and St. Clair.  St Clair won and will be held in July or August out of Anchor Bay.  Teams random draw day one and then again day 2, with the caveat that everyone will fish with someone different the 2nd day.  The water/locations remain with the boater.  Weights from day one will go with each individual and the top Boaters and Co-anglers for the two days combined will be paid out based on the normal payout chart.  Big bass each day, with the team to to split the payout, similar to any big bass payout at our one day tournaments.   
    Open:  will add an open team tournament to start the year.  Members to try to get a prospective member(s) to come.  It will be a one day tournament, $100 per boat.  Payout will be 80%, with 10% to the club and 10% to a youth or conservation organization.  No points will be assigned for this tournament.
 
    Website/Social Media:  Ryan to transition the website to Jeff Durbin.  Chris Lovett to update the facebook page. Ben to provide Chris admin rights.
 
Ben to send preliminary schedule for the board review prior to the year end.  Finalized schedule will be posted on Facebook and the CBM website.Awards were distributed.
