Hold Harmless
By providing the information requested on the applications and within the payment system I "the participant, member and or Board member of Cincinnati Bassmasters agree to indemnify and hold All Members its respective officers, sponsors, directors and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, proceedings, costs, damages, expenses and/or losses that may result in connection with the activities I’m signing up for and participating in.
Media Release
By providing, the information requested on the Cincinnati Bassmasters application, this form and within the payment system used to pay my annual dues, I "the Youth Participant, Member or other Participant invited to attend any Cincinnati Bassmasters activity grant permission for Cincinnati Bassmasters, their representatives, officers and/or Directors to use my name, image (including any pictures, photographs, portraits, and video) and/or voice in publicity and related materials. In addition to the use of my name, my image will be taken and/or voice recorded in relation to Cincinnati Bassmasters activities. These materials may include but are not limited to the following: brochures, press releases, newspaper articles, newsletters, videos, direct mail solicitations, website, and social media. I waive my right to inspect or approve prior to, during or after, any finished product that may be created or utilized as long as deemed respectable in court of law. This release is indefinitely valid and help to support the growth of the sport of BASS fishing and Cincinnati Bassmasters while I am a member and in good standing.
